On Saturday, Sept 22, we will be having our Halloween weekend. Trick-or-treat around the campground at 6PM followed by a Halloween costume party from 7-10. Please bring a snack to share. Coffee and juice will be provided.

We still have tent sites available for labor day weekend. The weather is going to be fantastic for camping!

It was great having Cub Scout Troop 38 from Adams camping on site #30 this weekend. Eventhough it was a rainy weekend, the scouts and parents participated in arts and crafts and the dance party for Christmas in July. Hope you had a good time and will return again.

This weekend's activities have a Christmas in July theme. Saturday at 1:00 we will make Christmas ornaments and then find a tree in the forest to bring to the pavilion and decorate. From 7-10 we will have a Christmas party at the pavilion with music provided by DJ "Sting ray". Please bring a snack to share. The children will receive a gift bag of toys and treats. Come camp with us and celebrate Christmas in July.

A warm night and a fabulous supermoon, two ingredients for a great night camping.

Work has begun this week on smoothing out the potholes and road problems, some caused by last year's hurricanes. Delmolino & Sons from Cheshire is doing the work. The entire main road has already been scraped up and rocks removed. Tomorrow they are bringing in truckloads of the recycled asphalt-like material.

 April 21 - Road resurfacing is almost complete ( see picture in photo album season 2012). New driveway to enable campers onto site #3 is complete.

October 24th will be our Halloween weekend. At 1:00 arts & crafts will be pumpkin carving/painting. Paints and carving tools will be provided. Please bring your own pumpkin. Children under 10 years old need adult supervision for carving.

At 6PM Trick-or-Treat around the campground will take place. Please leave an outside light on if you are giving out treats.

At 7 PM a costume dance party will take place on the pavilion. Please bring a snack to share. Juice, hot chocolate, coffee and tea will be provided.

Due to the weather forcasts, the movie and pitch tournament is cancelled for tonight and rescheduled for next Sunday, Sept. 4, at 7PM at the pavilion.

Saturday, Aug 27, at 7 PM at the pavilion, will be a family movie with free popcorn and juice. Coinciding with the movie, at the second pavilion will be a pitch tournament. Free to enter. Prizes for top and low scoring couples and raffle for remaining prizes.

Since we canceled BINGO this weekend due to rainy damp weather, we are rescheduling it for Sunday July 3rd at 7 PM. $.50 per card. All ages are welcome.
