CANCELLATION POLICY:A refund with $10 cancellation fee until one week before reservation with loss of deposit after that. No refunds for early departure or bad weather.

Base Rate includes 2 adults and 2 children. 

Additional guests: age 13 or over, $8 / children under age 13,  $5.

Children under 2 free.

Daily Rates - Tent Site - Water hookup, no electric - Base 

                                 rate $25 

                              RV Site - W/E (less than 20 amps) - Base rate $32 

                          RV Site - W/E (20/30/50 amps) - Base rate $35

                          On-Site Camper Rental - $55

Weekly Rates - Tent Site - No electric - $150

                                  RV Site W/E (20 AMPS OR LESS) - $190

                                  RV Site W/E (20/30/50 AMPS) - $210

                                  On-Site Camper Rental- $330

 Monthly Rates - W/E (less than 20 amps, no meter) - $550

                          W/E (50/30/20 amps, metered) - $550 plus electricity

Seasonal Rates (5/1 - 10/15)

                      W/E (less than 20 amps, no meter) - $1400                  

                     W/E (50/30/20 amps, metered) - $1400 plus electricity

 Free winter storage with renewal for the following season.

Seasonal rates are not prorated. If not on a seasonal plan, you will be billed at the monthly or daily rate.
